∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Proven experience as BackEnd Developer or similar role.
∎ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
∎ Proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, Next Auth, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.·
∎ Advantage if know about node/express js·
∎ Experience with Shadcn UI or similar component libraries.·
∎ Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Draw.io.·
∎ Strong understanding of responsive design principles.·
∎ Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token·
∎ Thorough understanding of the REST and Web API, JSON, XML·
∎ Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
∎ Solid understanding of version control tools such as Git.
∎ Good Understanding with Docker and kubernetes.
∎ Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, self-driven and experienced BackEnd Developer who is proficient in PHP for the position of Sr. Officer/ Officer (BackEnd Development).
∎ Job Responsibilities:•
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain server-side application Using PHP(Laravel/Codignitor), React, Ajax & JavaScript-based web applications.
∎ Utilize best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug existing applications and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Perform unit testing of developed code to ensure it meets the requirements.
∎ Define and maintain the central database ensuring high performance.
∎ Ensure that applications adhere to security and performance standards.
∎ Monitor and maintain system health and performance.
∎ Develop and document technical specifications for projects
∎ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.
