Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target of Home Loan/ Affordable Home Loan/ Auto Loan within the assigned territory.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with both existing and potential customers.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
∎ Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with channel partners and internal stakeholders i.e. CRM and Operations.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02-03 years' experience in relevant is preferable

∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package
∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla

Salary:
∎ BDT 15,000.00 to BDT 20,000.00 (Will vary based on competencies)
