Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing the Annual Sales Plan (ASP).
∎ Develop annual and monthly sales plans aligned with lifelines.
∎ Track and analyze sales deviations on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, identifying root causes.
∎ Analyze competitor data related to policies, processes, products and pricing on a monthly basis.
∎ Monitor and track all phases of the sales cycle to ensure timely execution.
∎ Identify and report issues affecting sales progress and implement corrective actions.
∎ Formulate monthly and yearly business plans in consultation with segment owners.
∎ Coordinate with SCM to optimize NSV targets through the right product mix.
∎ Prepare monthly price revisions based on cost changes.
∎ Work closely with SCM and Manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Negotiate and collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless execution of marketing and sales activities.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, SCM and Finance Department for smooth business operations.
∎ Plan and execute event management activities, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
∎ Support and contribute to digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales.
∎ Ensure ISO and QMS compliance in line with company policies.
