∎ Voucher (Pre/Post), Receipts & Payments Statement Checking
∎ Salary Sheet Checking
∎ Inventory /Depot Physical Inventory (Visit) / RM/PM/Consumption/Sales / Store Stock Checking
∎ Party Dues Confirmations / Payable bills Checking
∎ Purchase Follow up Procedure
∎ VAT Function (VDS) Follows / Tax A/c Function (TDS)
∎ Cash Book / Bank Reconciliations Checking
∎ LC Related Costing Work / Mother Vessel Statement Checking
∎ Sales/Delivery/Challan Checking
∎ Advance (Aging Report) Checking
∎ Security CHQ. Audit
∎ Instance Fraud Work
∎ Carrying Commission Checking
∎ Truck fare Bill Checking
∎ ***Other's work, required by Management***
∎ Prepare monthly audit report and comments thereon as per internal control system.
∎ Preparing audit review notes and submits to supervisor.
∎ Preparing Ageing schedule on Sundry debtors and advances of MGI.
∎ Monthly/Quarterly Physical stock verification of center warehouse, MGI and prepare report thereon.
∎ Auditing & Inspection of various sister concern offices, factories including group head office and report thereon according to the management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicant should have adequate computer literacy.
∎ Able to work under pressure for long time.
