• Sound Knowledge on big size biological ETP operation and maintenance.

• Fair knowledge of MSTS / TDS / GL of chemicals. 

• Working experience with H&M, Inditex, Primark, and ALDI.

• Working experience with the Textile & Garments industry.

• Oversee the daily function of the ETP, including pumps, blowers, aeration tanks, and clarifiers, and handle the shift operations of ETP, STP, RO, and MEE systems.

  • Conduct regular laboratory tests on raw and treated water, analyzing parameters such as pH, BOD, COD, TSS, TDS, and MLVSS to keep the parameter as ZDHC guidelines.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate major repairs with the maintenance team.

• Maintain detailed daily logs, reports, and checklists of operations, maintenance, and chemical consumption for internal systems and regulatory bodies like the local Pollution Control Board (PCB).

• Oversee the proper management and disposal of sludge generated during the treatment process.  

• Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
