∎ BBA/M. Com/ MBA/ Masters in Accounting or Finance
∎ Professional Qualification: CA (CC)/ CA (Partly qualified)

∎ Proven Experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company. (Fresher’s are no need to apply)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee foreign company registration such as RJSC, BIDA, Trade License and other licensing processes in Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure compliance with all Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act. and other legal regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceeding as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned Govt. authorities including VAT, Customs and Tax authorities.
∎ Manage all Corporate Income Tax and VAT related queries and filings in the right manner.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about VDS, Investment Policy and International Trade.
∎ Maintain Import & Export, sound knowledge Bill of Entry & rebate compliance.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh tax laws, regulations, and procedures, including VAT, Income tax, and customs duties.
∎ Maintain statements in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on VAT rebate/refund and exemption process.
∎ And any other assignment which may be assigned by the management.
