Responsibilities & Context:
Match payments against orders/invoices to keep accounts updated.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up for timely collections.
Visit customers and depots for payment collection, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Record and update customer payments in the accounting system.
Reconcile accounts and assist in preparing AR aging reports.
Maintain proper documentation for customer correspondence. Assist in AR digitalization initiatives (e.g., online payment tracking, automated reporting).
Support month-end closing and audit requirements.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational goals.
