Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All kind of bill check properly, make voucher & posting to software.
∎ Sales collection posting to software & verify with cash & bank.
∎ Process party payment as per ledger.
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Sales & purchase reconciliation with inter concern.
∎ Verify loan ledger with inter concern.
∎ Preparation of Purchase invoice.
∎ Maintaining Factory petty cash & and follow up voucher pending.
∎ Factory stock monitoring.
∎ Preparation of daily receipt & payments.
∎ Placing medicine order as per factory requisition.
∎ Attending monthly and yearly audit inventory counting.
∎ reparation of monthly & Yearly Accounts.
∎ Any assignment given by the management .
