Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect sales report from sales people and dealer..
∎ Responsible for compiling data requirements, official requirements and business case development.
∎ Responsible for data development for the Product.
∎ Prepare product delivery report from depot to dealer..
∎ Prepare product wise depot/godown/secondary stock report..
∎ Calculate damage products of dealer and depot..
∎ Coordinate & execute depot demand with head office..
∎ Provide various types of information as per queries by management..
∎ Monitoring marketing field force through mobile tracking system..
∎ Assisting to prepare TA/DA sheet..
∎ Full credit control function.
∎ Monthly Invoicing Monthly Statements.
∎ Phoning and follow up on all overdue accounts.
∎ Credit Control Credit Notes Reconciliations.
∎ Mailing/Posting letters to overdue accounts of distributor as when as required.
∎ Arrange Final Demands of overdue accounts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in consumer brand (Manufacturing-FMCG) oriented organization will be preferable.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must (Office Management).
∎ Should be SMART & energetic.
∎ Well Disciplined.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Any instant/time to time task/duty assigned by Management.
