• Masters
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• BBA/MBA in Apparel Merchandising from a reputed university.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile,Garments Accessories,Spinning,Dyeing Factory

• Age 28 to 38 years
• Only Male

• Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills. 

• The candidate should be technically sound in the Garments (Knit) costing & manufacturing process.

• Work experience with reputed buying houses will get preference.

• Product development and execution of orders.·       

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.       

• Positive work ethics and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Handle and manage assigned buyers/accounts independently.

• Develop new product samples as per buyer requirements and market trends.

• Prepare accurate costing and price negotiations with buyers.

• Coordinate closely with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Follow up on order status, approvals, trims, fabrics, and accessories to avoid delays.

• Maintain effective communication with buyers regarding order progress, shipment status, and problem resolution.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to TNA plans and critical path schedules.

• Analyze market trends and proactively propose new styles, fabrics, and techniques to buyers.

• Prepare regular reports on order status and potential risks for management review.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and technical specifications.

• Manage documentation and processes related to order execution, including POs, invoices, and shipping documents.

• Collaborate with the sourcing team to identify suitable suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Salary Review: Yearly
