Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to inquiries from job seekers and employers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Guide candidates through the overseas job application process, including document collection and interview scheduling.
Resolve issues, complaints, and questions in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on candidate inquiries, and campaign performance.
Stay updated on current job demands in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management in support of the recruitment operation.
