Responsibilities & Context:
- Respond to inquiries from job seekers and employers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Guide candidates through the overseas job application process, including document collection and interview scheduling.
- Resolve issues, complaints, and questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on candidate inquiries, and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on current job demands in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and other GCC countries.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management in support of the recruitment operation.
