∎ Love for Hobby Ltd. Looking for highly experienced marketing genius for its new product range for Bangladesh Market. It`s a pretty much challenging job with higher benefit.
∎ Our product range include large type show aquarium, public aquarium, marine aquarium, planted aquarium, aquarium accessories and different pet product. Candidate must working in competitive and dynamic field with the target to enhance the brand equity & market share of concerned brand through exclusive and innovative promotion and branding. The position requires preparing brand planning, import planning, brand development, promotions, product availability and flawless support to the Sales team to maximize the business
∎ Job Location: Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, strategize and execute marketing designs, campaign and activities to ensure strong brand presence in the market
∎ Analyzing consumer trends and market gap to identify future sources of growth of the brand.
∎ Conduct door to door marketing with potential corporate client, office and brand. Arrange business meeting with them, prepare marketing proposal/ price quotation.
∎ Should have good experience for preparing business presentation.
∎ Keeping liaison with management for ensuring right product planning/projection at a competitive price and in right time.
∎ Regular market visits to capture competition information to plan ahead of the competitions
∎ Conduct market research and prepare forecast plan for the business.
∎ Generate monthly report capturing competition sales & activities and prepare counter strategy
∎ Coordinate with outside agencies for design & development of marketing issues and digital promotional campaigns related to the business.
∎ Manage business development related project/activity on daily basis with B2B stakeholders.
∎ Analyze the impact of all sorts of marketing/digital marketing/activities and assess the impact to take future measures.
∎ Analyze competitors to know competitors product and compare market share.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ additional sales bonus included.
