∎ Hard worker, Self Motivated, Target oriented, Good Listener.
∎ Industry Relationships: Established network with developers, landowners, agents, and legal professionals in the real estate sector.
∎ Leadership: Prior experience in leading teams or managing projects, with an ability to mentor junior team members and guide them through complex acquisitions.
∎ Real Estate Knowledge: Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, legal frameworks, and financial structures.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee the acquisition of various real estate products (apartments, plots, lots, land, etc.) to meet the company’s objectives.
∎ Identify potential properties for acquisition, including raw land, residential, and commercial developments.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, developers, landowners, and other key stakeholders.
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional product purchase strategy for Product department.
∎ Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with Clients.
∎ Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients.
∎ Build and manage overall Purchase plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Purchase Target.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events.
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, purchase script, etc.
∎ Manage the team to accomplish the Purchase Target.
∎ Any Other Task assign by the Management.
