Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed company objectives and targets.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base and product portfolio.
∎ Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales & Marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to optimize team performance.
∎ Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
∎ Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing products and introduce new offerings based on market demand.
∎ Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions and recommendations.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
∎ Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
∎ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.

∎ Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Sales & Marketing to lead our Sales & Marketing team in the building materials sector, specifically focusing on water storage products such as water tanks, FRP pressure vessels, HDPE pipes, and UPVC pipes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these products and relevant markets, along with excellent leadership and managerial skills to inspire and drive the team towards achieving company objectives and targets.Key Responsibilities:
