Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Must have a qualification from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (ICMA)
Requirements:
- At least 8 years

Skills Required: Costing,Product Costing and budgeting
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 35 years
Experience in all operational finance work streams.
Candidates must have experience in the textile industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports, forecasts, budgets and budge variance.
Analyze cost data to identify areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Budgetary control through pre-costing analysis.
To develop standard of procedures for Financial Processes.
To assess financial risk of the organization to ensure a sustainable growth.
To establish review mechanism checkpoints in daily financials.
To maintain a high level of relationship with various authorities like NBR, Insurance Company etc.
To establish Internal Control Structure to maintain the organization`s transactions.
To face external audit, internal audit, audit of Bangladesh Bank, NBR (Tax and VAT) and other Legislation bodies.
To take responsibility for risk coverage of organizational assets (Insurance).
To adapt the best practices of the latest Accounting Standards in the Financial Reporting.
To be responsible for Financial Accounting, Auditing and Statutory Compliances.
To prepare Cash Flow Forecasts, Investment Model etc.
To preparing the Investment plan.
To report the Management based on Remittance, Cash flow forecast and Treasury report.
To be responsible for Financial Reviews and all forms of reporting.
