Educational Requirements:
∎ M Com/ MBA in Accounting/Finance, Masters in Bank Management (MBM) with 10 years practical experience in relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Financial Consultants, Investment/Merchant Banking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Would be responsible for getting loan approval from Govt/Private Bank including financial institution on short/mid/long term basis.
∎ Should have experience on preparing feasibility report (New project), financial reports, credit authorization
∎ Syndication Financing with Feasibility study & Credit Risk Grading, Project Funding/Development Work and Bonded Warehouse Management.
∎ Should be able to work independently to ensure that Custom, Bond, VAT, clearing & forwarding and incentive issues etc are properly negotiated.
∎ Have knowledge in fund raising by issuance of Shares/debenture/bond & IPO and Share Capital Management.
∎ Must have expert in obtaining loan or equity from Banks, financial institutions and foreign funding agencies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
