Job Responsibilities:
∎ 100% honest in all aspect
∎ Responsible for the overall quality standard of the factory.
∎ Analyze the quality procedure of each and every buyer and get the quality assurance parameter perfectly required for meeting the target quality.
∎ Responsible for Implement and practice Quality Management System as per Company SOP.
∎ Lead the team of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
∎ Capable to handle and solve garments technical and quality problems.
∎ Supervise and train staff in order to achieve quality standard set by the buyers.
∎ Maintain necessary quality records/documents as required by the customers.
∎ Work closely with buyer's QC on quality requirements and make arrangement with them when to conduct In-line and final inspection.
∎ Keep all procedures well managed and keep the track of quality development records.
∎ Keep close coordination with production floor at all level to put advice in quality maintaining or improvement.
∎ Find problems and participate in decision-making.
∎ Need to handle all the buyers Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Updating quality policy, setting quality objectives, composing quality manual and SOP as per global standard and requirement of the brands.
∎ Sound Knowledge of all kinds of Technical Audit.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Strictly monitor for reducing wastage in fabrics and accessories.
∎ Time to time reporting of the production, wastage etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Well behaved, well organized and potential.
∎ Experience in large Composite Knit Industries and working in similar position will get preference.
∎ Candidate living near Narayangonj will be added as advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
