Educational Requirements:
∎ M.s.c/ B.s.c in Textile from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Prepare monthly production plan based on information received from merchandising team by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization.
∎ Build effective communication with the departments of Knitting, Dyeing, fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan.
∎ Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problem which is related with shipment.
∎ Check necessary report for production and take initiative accordingly
∎ Monitor daily Target vs. Production and take initiative accordingly
∎ Ensure on time delivery of fabrics
∎ Set daily, weekly and monthly target and evaluate achievement accordingly.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandising & others concern department for in time shipment
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering
∎ Good leadership quality to lead & motivate others
∎ Ability to coordinate with all concerned departments
∎ Ability to work as a team even under stress
∎ Must have knowledge about ERP software
