Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and prepare sales plan with business strategy.
∎ Prospect Generation.
∎ Lead categorization and distribution.
∎ Data Management & sale analysis report preparation.
∎ Brochure management and web site development.
∎ Unsold and Ready apartments visit, meet with potential prospect and do final negotiation.
∎ Frequent Market & Price survey for getting up-to-date information.
∎ Observing the Market for any price sensitive information.
∎ Assist the Client for Bank Loan Facility.
∎ Setting & Follow-up the Clients' EMI.
∎ Conduct the inauguration & handover ceremony with necessary documentation.
∎ After sale service and follow-up.
∎ Conducting Clients' Satisfaction Survey.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
