Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ M.Com (specializing in accounting)/ Master Degree in Accounting OR, MBA in Accounting from a reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC part qualified or Course Completed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for verifying and adjusting various accounts, on subcontract bills and suppliers bills with proper and relevant documents.
∎ Prepare monthly budget and variance analysis report
∎ Organize effective scheduling of bank loan and ensure strategic fund management
∎ Draft official letter for banking purposes, loan proposals and other correspondence with stakeholders
∎ Develop reports on cash flow projections and balances in relation to operational funding
∎ Control all LC costing for imported Dyes and chemicals
∎ Review and verify purchase orders, vendor invoices and related documentation and confirm authorization
∎ Prepare details of monthly purchase and reconcile with procurement team.
∎ Oversee appropriate Petty Cash Management.
∎ Review cost and production reports with continuous coordination with factory
∎ Maintain and supervise subsidiary ledger functions and perform reconciliations and ensure timely accounts closing on monthly basis
∎ Preparing monthly financial statements (I/S, B/S, Cash flow statements); for management review of the Knit Composite Unit and RMG unit
∎ Generate accurate Quarterly financial statement as per requirement of SEC and DSE
∎ Ensure all Accounts receivables and Payables are adjusted and reported in time
∎ Ensure monthly reconciliation reports of party balances and inventory/ stock reports
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and desired accounting methods.
∎ Responsible for contacting suppliers regarding agreement terms, payments
∎ Operating accounting software specially Tally and ERP
∎ Responsible for documentation and safety of financial documents of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6 + years of experience in the manufacturing industries preferably in Textile/RMG.
∎ Must have strong command over accounting soft-wares, specially Tally and ERP
∎ Microsoft Excel and Access: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office application is a must.
∎ Must have excellent communication ability, both verbal and written.
∎ Dynamic decision maker and responsive/active to company directions.
∎ Commitment to work as a team player, effective at task delegation and getting best results
