Education:
∎ B.sc Engineering in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from any reputed public university such as BUET/KUET/CUET/RUET/SUST/JUST etc.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ • At least 15 years of working experience in IPE in any woven garments factory.
∎ • Have good leadership & motivational skill.
∎ • Ready to work under pressure.
∎ • Excellent command in English (Both oral and written).
∎ • The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ • Good verbal, written & electronic communication skill.
∎ • Self-motivated, responsible, and team player.
∎ • Sharp IQ.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, highly experienced & capable Head of IPE who will be responsible for ensuring optimum efficiency, eliminating all type of unnecessary operation & motion, reducing waste & maximizing productivity of our 100% export-oriented woven garments factory
∎
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ • To ensure line balancing as per layout.
∎ • To determine SMV, Arrange & Design guide feed & folder on time (Pre-Production Attachments).
∎ • To find bottlenecks, technical difficulties, and quality-related issues & resolve those.
∎ • To analyze productivity & calculate efficiency.
∎ • To train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop their skills
∎ • To ensuring the production target of the lines as per the production plan;
∎ • To ensure time and motion study for all styles;
∎ • To ensure combined production report of fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing, and shipment.
∎ • To ensure effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ • To eliminate all sort of waste from production process.
∎ • To reduce number of helpers.
∎ • To enhance efficiency.
∎ • To eliminate unnecessary operations.
∎ • To eliminate unnecessary movements.
∎ • To establish a good ergonomic standard in the factory.
∎ • To establish Lean manufacturing practices.
∎ • To establish lean manufacturing tools in the factory such as 5S, 6 Sigma, Kaizen etc.
∎ • To eliminate all sort of waste in all level of the factory
∎ • To enhance optimum efficiency & productivity.
