∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take ownership & manage the overall end-to-end of BFC's Home Delivery Unit.
∎ Implement safety procedures in delivering BFC's products to customers.
∎ Assist and coordinate with managers/supervisors in delivering products to customers.
∎ Record and update delivery information on a periodic basis.
∎ Record and maintain sales and delivery information.
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion and keep record of the damage, return, & shortage of products.
∎ Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals through performing a certain number of door to door visits each day.
∎ Need to do regular analysis against each Area/zone.
∎ Built and manage a successful, motivated & energetic team.
∎ Inform clients' about new products and services.
∎ Monitor payments and crosscheck with the orders.
∎ Accurately collect customer account monies at the time of delivery.
∎ Maintain Log of all transportation/cycles details weekly pre/post trip inspection of vehicles.
∎ Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
∎ Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
∎ Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
∎ Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
∎ Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
∎ Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
∎ Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
∎ Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
∎ Track customer needs and issues daily through phone calls.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Basic Computer & MIS report knowledge
∎ Aware and practice all restaurant rules & regulation
∎ Practice and encourage teamwork
∎ Work with high attributes of standard & quality Professionalism
∎ Willing to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
∎ Relevant experience in renowned hotel, restaurant or similar industry
