∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA/CC
∎ Skills Required: Finance and Banking, RJSC, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance and Banking, RJSC, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & supervising the activities of various sections of Accounting Department.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements, Coordinate and complete annual statutory audits.
∎ Co-coordinating and Managing Tax, VAT & Customs issues of the company.
∎ Budgeting and Fund Management to run Factories regular operation.
∎ Should be knowledgeable about LC opening, Reconciliation and LC Documentation.
∎ Preparation and maintaining Bank Loan repayment and interest schedule.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of bank loan (Funded & Non funded facilities)
∎ Dealing with External Auditors for "Annual Financial Audit" and "Group Audit".
∎ Annual corporate Tax Return filling, Quarterly withholding and Monthly VAT Return and Individual (Resident and Foreigner Staff) Tax Return Submission.
∎ Company taxation affairs, Tax Planning, Tax assessment and Tax hearing, dealing with Tax Offices of all companies in collaboration with tax consultant.
∎ Monitoring existing banking facilities and explore new facilities to cater the needs of the company as per management guideline.
∎ Other ad-hoc responsibilities assign by top management.
