Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with the Middle and the Higher Management in driving organizational vision, analyzing and implementing operational strategies, and meeting business development and organizational objectives
∎ Maintaining cross-functional team communication and collaboration with multi-disciplinary engineering, marketing, sales, operations and software teams and working with vendors and contractors when necessary
∎ Managing projects ensuring frictionless, well-coordinated, and effective operational processes
∎ Bringing in total coordination of management and making sure that all operations run smoothly and align with organizational standards
∎ Optimizing resources and employing means to keep company costs down
∎ Ensuring continuous experimentation and innovation to achieve business development goals
∎ Managing market initiatives to maximize business performance and reach customers and business goals
∎ Executing supply and demand plans that ensure availability of required materials and resources in a timely manner
∎ Ensuring Organizational Internal Compliance and Administrative Policies
∎ Monitoring the financial data and recommending solutions to improve profitability
∎ Maintaining liaise with local law enforcement department & local administration
∎ Conducting staff performance reviews and motivating staffs
∎ Fulfilling the manpower requirements with the assistance of the HR Department
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
