Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prime Responsibility :
∎ The creation and motivation of a Marketing Team to meet revenue objectives of the company.
∎ Key Areas of Responsibility:
∎ To maximize market share, revenue and profitability in the company's selected markets.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies and actions plan in line with the company's direction to expand its business in the designated area/territory.
∎ To lead and guide motivated Marketing Team in their daily execution of Marketing/sales tasks & activities towards achieving the team's monthly, quarterly and yearly KPM targets.
∎ To attend to customer's sales inquiries, quotations, sales confirmation, tender compilations and follow-up of sales call.
∎ To get to know and participate in local exhibitions & Marketing/sales events which will increase brand awareness, contact expansion and idea generation.
∎ To conduct product and marketing training of new Marketing Force joining the team.
∎ To formulate own strategies to outwit other market players.
∎ Any other duties and projects assigned from time to time to achieve the corporate objectives.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing and Sales, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Distribution/Supply Chain Management etc.
∎ Knowledge of the following items, preferred:
∎ Experience in Steel Plate, Angle, Channel, Round Bar, Square Bar, Pipe etc. (Steel Products) Marketing.
∎ Having strong people skills.
∎ Good people network pool across the country, specifically in Chittagong.
∎ Charismatic presence, never under performs and over promises, flexible and unique approach to issues encountered.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good command over verbal and written English & Bengali communication skills.
∎ Adept at using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant software.
∎ Should be prepared to travel frequently across the country.
