∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Industrial Production Engineering from any recognized University.
∎ Skills Required: Industrial Engineering, LEAN Manufacturing, Production planning.

∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement IE concepts and improve productivity.Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of a Warp Knitting Industry.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Total follow up from Yarn receiving to Finished Goods delivery.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
