Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan Profit/Cost Center Optimization.
Plan capital expenditures and resource allocation for new projects.
Conduct financial modeling and feasibility assessments for new projects.• Prepare long-term financial plans and risk management strategies.
Lead and develop the finance team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure all accounts are up to date on time.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
Implement strong governance frameworks to mitigate financial risks.
Prepare, control and monitor budgets for the company, new projects, ensuring cost efficiency.
Oversee capital expenditures and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Evaluate return on investment (ROI) and financial viability of capital project.
Develop risk mitigation strategies for financial uncertainties.
Work on tax planning, regulatory reporting, and audit compliance.
Manage cost control initiatives and optimize operational expenses.
Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Provide strategic reports to senior management and the board.
Monitor and report on financial efficiency and cost control measures.
Prepare periodic financial statements.
Effective capital expenditure and budget management.
Managing risk, controlling financial integrity, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the full audit cycle.
Prepare and deliver reports that detail the findings of the audit and the auditing process
Help to create the company’s annual audit plan.
