∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ · Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or (CA -ICAB), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and related certifications will be an advantage.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Well conversant with Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Strong written and communication skills in English
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Commercial will get additional preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure company compliance by managing documentation and renewing all necessary certifications from government authorities.
∎ Establish and maintain partnerships with local authorities, utility companies, private entities, financial institutions, investors, and buyers.
∎ Oversee Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and EPC contracts, ensuring industry-standard terms and necessary contractual protections.
∎ Manage all contract documentation in alignment with company policies and commercial objectives.
∎ Ensure that project contracts have preferred contractual protections and that standard terms are used where possible.
∎ Properly assess the commercial & contractual terms of each opportunity ensuring its economic viability. Also evaluating & understanding both the business and the financial model.
∎ Coordinate the task and inputs of the Engineering team as well as the supporting factions such as Tax, and Finance team- and eventually external advisors – during the development phase as well as during the acquisition and sale phase.
∎ Drive revenue collection process and ensure bill collection for OPEX model solar plants.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
