Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts, Finance / Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounts, Finance.
∎ CA (CC.) / CMA / ACCA is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Must be 5 years Managerial experience
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within and outside the Company.
∎ Proposed annual budget based upon organizational goals and the planned targets of production.
∎ Follow up day to day all activities of Finance & Accounts dept.
∎ Maintain cost/ budget sheet and check all PI with the respective cost/ budget sheet.
∎ Maintain compliance with relevant laws such as Tax, Vat, Source Tax etc. for every transaction.
∎ All Import document checking & physical verification of them if necessary.
∎ Ensuring all transactions are posted in Tally software daily basis and maintain Tally as per accounting standard.
∎ Ensure bank reconciliation is performed in a timely & accurate manner.
∎ Prepare financial report (cash flow, profit & loss, CM earning summary etc.) for monthly basis.
∎ Prepare financial report for other concern in a timely & accurate manner.
∎ Follow up VAT return submission on monthly basis.
∎ Follow up Finance & Account team & guide them for their day to day activities.
∎ Any other task / job set by TOP Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be dynamic, energetic, pro-active.
∎ Management/ Leadership quality with positive attitude.
∎ Organizing & managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on VAT, Customs & Tax related issues.
∎ Should have good command in Excel.
∎ Sound knowledge on accounting software (Tally).
∎ Sound knowledge on accounting principals.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
