Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having 5-10 years working experience in the LED Light/Panel Light Industry. People who have no prior experience in the above mentioned industry are specially discouraged to apply.
∎ Directly involved in Recruiting, Training, Setting objectives, performance monitoring of Sales forces as per management decision. Lead a team in a structured, effective and accountable manner. Actively involved in primary and secondary sales monitoring.
∎ Plan, organize and establish Dealer & Retail network/coverage and ensure growth of Market Share. The applicant must have prior experience in creating, catering & following up Dealers & Retailers across the nation.
∎ Develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability, new products, new business and market opportunities
∎ Gather, Analyze & Develop market and industry trend to prepare marketing strategy and policy on regular basis.
∎ Identify and Explore new business opportunities; maintain and expand customer base.
∎ Prepare Daily & Monthly report as required by management.
∎ Lead and Schedule Weekly and Monthly team meetings with the sales team and leadership to give them productive instruments and positive influence towards business.
∎ Arrange “Monthly Review Meeting” consisting of Managing Director & all related department person (Sales team, Marketing department etc.).
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of products across the nation.
∎ Involve in direct marketing activities. Frequently visit Dealer/Retailer Points and Sales Process with given necessary guidelines after that make an improvement plan.
∎ Frequently monitor, analyze competitor's market offerings to and plan and implement own organization’s offer.
∎ Proficient to handle the issues & knowledgeable on managing market intelligence.
∎ Search and visit potential corporate clients to capture sales, leads and analyze the client's needs.
∎ Follow up and keep up good relationship with the existing customers to ensure re-order.
∎ Gain feedback from client and deal with them when necessary.
∎ Collect client information in a systematic way as per company rules.Conduct all sales activities in accordance with company policies and procedures and in accordance with all applicants.
∎ Any other works desired by the authority related to sales and marketing
