Job Context:
∎ We seek an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Sr. IT Executive/IT Executive. The individual must be able to lead a team of IT personnel and correspond directly with top-level management on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and maintenance of ERP software, firewall, switch & any kind of router operational functions, scanner, network printer, etc.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge in IT & experience in payroll
∎ Monitoring and managing all existing systems, network appliances, hardware and any other related IT infrastructure in coordination and direction of the Group Concern Head.
∎ Install and maintenance of Operating System, computer hardware, networks & LAN Setup.
∎ Ensuring that appropriate IT security protocols (pertaining to IT security, software & hardware troubleshooting, Camera Hardware Support Maintaining, Access Control System, Time and
∎ Attendance System, Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, Windows Server) are developed and put in place.
∎ Provide technical support when needed on a company-wide scale, including factors such as (but not limited to): supervising & training end-users, ensuring consistent data backup, correcting wrong data inputs/postings and providing support in recovering data due to any unforeseen disaster (if any), unplanned power outages and downtime.
∎ Experience in handling & troubleshooting IP cameras, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control devices.
∎ Active directory server, Endpoint security, Outlook Email configuring, and troubleshooting.
∎ Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector, and Various types of Software and operating systems.
∎ Hardware troubleshooting knowledge & Strong background on IT & Network.
∎ Communicate with different service providers/vendors/organizations and take necessary steps as per requirements.
∎ Assist with the development of the IT infrastructure including the installation of standard computer equipment and distribution of equipment within the Organization.
∎ Determining IT budget and equipment needs.
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
∎ Must have good knowledge on latest technology trends.
∎ Strong Knowledge on Database design
∎ Design and implement integrations between software platforms, programs, and applications
∎ IT-related cable warring (Network, Telephone, Camera, etc.), Computer Hardware Support (OS, Driver, Software, Mail, etc.), Network Hardware Support (Cable warring, MikroTik Routers, Device Setup, etc.), Camera Hardware Support (Cable warring, Device Setup, video surveillance system like-DVR, NVR & IP Camera Installation, Configuration & Monitoring, and troubleshooting etc.), Attendance Device Support (Cable warring, Device Setup, etc.), Server maintenance (Active directory, file server).
∎ Facilitate cross-functional team meetings with various company departments to verify business solutions and operations are being optimized from IT solutions.
∎ Managing ERP systems and conducting proper communication on a day-to-day basis with all relevant departments to ensure that accurate data entry and postings are being inputted.
∎ Update and maintain all ERP functional documentations. Create system guidelines and manuals for the organization and Test and Implement ERP modules.
∎ To communicate with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Execute basic Graphics Design (Photoshop & illustrator) and Web Design.
∎ Work closely with the other team members with a positive team-player attitude.
∎ Planning on Payroll server to Develop and implement the HR & Admin related issues.
∎ Must have very good problem solving and analytical abilities.
∎ Create and maintain software documentation
