Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop detailed 2D and 3D plans, designs, and visualizations for interior design projects.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to understand project requirements and ensure cohesive design implementation.
∎ Manage client needs, preferences, and feedback throughout the design process.
∎ Oversee project progress, including the selection and sourcing of materials to meet client specifications.
∎ Create high-quality visual presentations and animations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
∎ Prepare and ensure the accuracy of working drawings, elevations, and sections for implementation teams.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends and software to continuously improve and innovate design processes.
∎ Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs, providing recommendations when necessary.
∎ Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all media.
∎ Work closely with the marketing, content, and service teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
