Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the process of converting leads generated by the CRE team into clients
∎ Attend meetings with prospective clients, taking measurements of client spaces and presenting design options
∎ Recommend the best design and materials based on client needs and preferences
∎ Keep a record of the measurements of the project
∎ Present budget proposals to clients and negotiate terms
∎ Collect initial payments upon agreement and confirm deals
∎ Follow up with leads who need more time to decide, nurturing them until a decision is made
∎ Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure accurate final measurements and client customization
∎ Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with the implementation team for production and installation
∎ Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, meeting schedules, and sales progress
∎ Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
