∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise the fitting team, ensuring all mechanical work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
∎ Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical equipment such as Gear, pumps, motors, valves, Hydraulic, pneumatic, and other machinery.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, providing technical support to the team as needed.
∎ Train and mentor junior fitters, assisting with their professional development.
∎ Ensure the quality and accuracy of all work performed and maintain documentation of completed tasks.
∎ Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Perform routine maintenance on FMCG production machinery.
∎ Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations.
∎ Collaborate with production team to optimize machine performance.
∎ Maintain maintenance records and logs.
∎ Assist in the installation of new machinery.
∎ Perform emergency repairs as needed.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
