Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Hotel Management degree, Graduation in Marketing (preferred but not limited to). Educational qualification will be relaxed for individuals with experiences in the relative position.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Hotel Management
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill,Customer Service

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Guest Relations/ Services, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Motel, Resort

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/She shall assist the Head of Marketing, Sales & Reservation in the implementation of Marketing strategies and plans and also be responsible for Sales and Reservation activities to achieve sales target.
∎ Conducting marketing activity through our own web sites and associated social media channels to increase sales.
∎ Creating new business areas that expands client base and Develop business network relations to new corporate clients and existing clients.
∎ Making regular contacts by telephone and correspondence with assigned accounts.
∎ To deal professionally and politely with all telephone, email, internet and walk-in inquiries.
∎ Taking guests reservations following company policy, informing resort facilities and complete the procedure error free to give a personalized service to the guest.
∎ Develop and produce marketing presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients, negotiate with clients, respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
∎ Follow up on sales activity, perform quality checks on product and service delivered, ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationship.
∎ Monitor promotional and sales activities of competitors, develop plan and report to management.
∎ Support the development of the Annual Business Plan, Budget and Marketing Plan as and when required by the Head of Marketing, Sales & Reservation.
∎ Promoting special offers and packages to new and existing clients.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic computing skills including Word, Excel, E-mails etc.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ At least 1 to 3 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in Hotel/Resort.
∎ Self motivated, proactive and being hospitable.

Salary: Negotiable
