Educational Requirements:

∎ This is an permanent position, and candidates must have the following requirements: Interpersonal skills to communicate with the customers.
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ Spontaneous and sociable with a good work ethic and professionalism.
∎ Customer-facing sales experience.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Good in english
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education Counselling, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take ownership of the company's marketing strategies, from converting leads to successful placement of candidates to their desired course.
∎ Help clients with their full admission process (Tanning will be provided).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly) plus commission.
(10% commission on each placement, up to £120 per successful recruitment).
Uncapped commission and possible earning of 1 lakh BDT each month on top of your salary.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Profit share, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
