  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting/finance role.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and financial reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial calculations.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication skills in Bengali and English.

  • Experience working in manufacturing, trading, or service industries is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional certification such as CA (CC), CMA (partly qualified), ACCA (partly qualified) will be an added advantage.

  • Maintain and update daily financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

  • Experience in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) & Store Management.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and collections.

  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns (VAT, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure compliance with government regulations.

  • Coordinate with banks for transactions, fund transfers, and reconciliations.

  • Monitor and control expenses while ensuring adherence to the company’s financial policies.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial reports.

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial and accounting documents.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the company.
