∎ Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Experience working in manufacturing, trading, or service industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and update daily financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and collections.
∎ Process and verify employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
∎ Assist in the preparation of tax returns (VAT, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure compliance with government regulations.
∎ Coordinate with banks for transactions, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
∎ Monitor and control expenses while ensuring adherence to the company’s financial policies.
∎ Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial reports.
∎ Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial and accounting documents.
∎ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the company.
