Mir Ceramic Limited, a leading Tiles Manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Sales Department as a Senior Executive/Asst. manager - MIS.
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Marketing & Sales department.
This role requires a keen analytical mind, the ability to handle large datasets, and proficiency in creating detailed, automated reports that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and distribute reports tracking various market and segment trends, ensuring the team is well-informed about performance metrics and key insights.
Develop scorecards to monitor and measure key performance indicators, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.
Streamline and automate report formatting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, utilizing appropriate tools and software.
Analyze data comparing targets with actual achievements to identify trends, patterns, and areas needing attention, providing recommendations for optimization.
Conduct margin analysis to assess profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures in collaboration with the finance team.
Produce SKU rankings to guide sales strategies and identify customer purchasing trends and product listing gaps.
Prepare detailed minutes for various meetings, capturing key decisions, actions, and agenda items to ensure follow-through and accountability.
Track the progress of key initiatives and projects within the department, highlighting performance metrics and areas needing attention to senior management.
