Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials and products (new & existing) as per Control Direction/Pharmacopoeias/SOPs, ensuring proper documentation (Trend Card, Certificate, etc.).
∎ Ensure adherence to regulatory authorities' requirements and international guidelines in project management.
∎ Assist the Head of Quality Control with administrative laboratory tasks as needed.
∎ Support GMP audits, coordinate and prepare action plans for audit issues, follow up on implementation, conduct gap analysis, and report findings.
∎ Establish and maintain GLPs/GMPs and provide necessary training.
∎ Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Control Directions (CDs), standard COA formats, and trend card formats per current compendia or approved procedures.

The ideal candidate will oversee microbiological analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
