Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with clients and prepare work schedule.
∎ Develop and maintain a customer database for easy monitoring of Equal Monthly Installment of clients who purchase with Credit facility.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
∎ Always follow-up with existing clients and ensure timely receivable collection.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 01 to 3 year experience in credit collection.
∎ Candidates with Credit Recovery experience from insurance company & banks will get preference.
