∎ B.Sc in Civil from any reputed Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare project plans, schedules and design and development specifications
∎ Manage budgets, timelines and quality of projects during all stages of construction
∎ Develop R&D team as per the nature of work
∎ Collaborate with engineers, to determine the specifications of the project
∎ Market research for materials
∎ Negotiate agreement terms with external vendors
∎ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 years of experience in Civil Design
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, Pleasant personality, hardworking & honest.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill
