Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all ATL & BTL communication and Vendor Management.
∎ Doing market research, analyzing market trends, competitors and preparing forecasts.
∎ Create content for social media, website and blogs as well as ensure videos and still photos for all project.
∎ JV and MOU development and monitoring.
∎ Media buying/monitoring.
∎ Ensure brand guidelines are followed for all communication.
∎ Increasing brand awareness and market share.
∎ In-door and Out-door branding, event & activation.
∎ Print Media Management and Communication.
∎ Quotation Collection, CS, Management Approval and submit Work order.
∎ Billing, documentation and vendor payment.
∎ Prepare budget and proof reading.
∎ Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
∎ Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management related to role.
