Educational Requirements:
∎ At least B.com (Hon's)/ Masters in accounts and Finance.
∎ CA CC from any reputed CA firms will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare/ maintain independently Cashbook, Ledger, Bankbook, Receive & Payment Accounts,
∎ Bank Reconciliation, cash flow, balance sheet, cost accounting and audit etc. according to requirement and consent by superior.
∎ To be responsible for the daily recording and posting of all transactions in the books of accounts/accounting software package.
∎ Receive cheque & cash from concerned department & deposit to the bank.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Compliance of Legal & Statutory matters including Income Tax Return, VAT.
∎ Variance analysis between budgeted figure and real performance.
∎ Perform any other tasks given by the management.
∎ Ensure that the daily accounting works are performed in an efficient manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Person with experience in related field. (Preferable in Real Estate Company).
∎ Have to work with Software/ Tally or any accounts software.
∎ Strong verbal/ written communication & presentation skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Have to have the ability to communication with internal and external customers.
∎ Good operating skills in MS- office package.
Salary: Negotiable
