∎ Minimum Graduate from any recognized Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to run independently the IATA software of Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus and web portal
∎ Must be able to issue, reissue, refund and cancel of any tickets as per the IATA standards independently.
∎ Must be Articulate and Quote the price of the ticket to the customer about the fares, rules, restrictions & instructions
∎ Counseling to clients regarding all types of holidays packages
∎ Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors.
∎ Make hotel and tour reservations, correspond and liaise with hotels or suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Travel Agent
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator
∎ Smart and must be Fluent in English
∎ Hotel Management, Airlines, Service Industry and Travel Industry.
