Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Focused & planned efforts to develop Sales in concerned area.
∎ Drive for market enhancement towards continuous growth & resolving the market challenges.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports and provide updates to the management.
∎ Ensure sales forecasting, payment collection and delivery confirmation on time.
∎ Search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint new potential dealers in Gap markets.
∎ Build up business relations with current & prospective customers & retain good customers for long time business.
∎ Proper analysis on market situation, market share, product mix, competitors' activities etc.
∎ Analyze competitors' activities and take necessary strategies accordingly, in line with company policies.
∎ Taking the full ownership for the Job & ensure smooth delivery of feeds to his customers by communicating all the stake holders like factory/depot/HO etc. (if necessary).
∎ Need to develop and manage the team ( If Applicable ).
∎ Regular farm visits and giving technical/motivational support to the end users/farmers.
∎ Arrange small farmer group meetings/ farmer trainings to help the farmers to get better outputs & also to promote company products & ultimately increase sales volume.
∎ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention.
