Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enforce Contract/ SLA for competent delivery of services to the customers.
∎ Understand the customer pain-points and take necessary measure for customer retention.
∎ Act as central coordinator for both internal and external customers.
∎ Actively monitor, analyze, and escalate the service-related issues to maintain standard MTTR and continuous improvement.
∎ Measure Network Performance and KPI of technical teams and report to the management.
∎ Conduct weekly performance survey for customers’ service experience remediation any issues.
∎ Act as technical Key Account Manager (KAM) for priority customers and manage their queries and requirements with utmost importance.
