∎ To deal with complicated customer and handle difficult situation
∎ Proven working experience in a customer service oriented organization/ISP.
∎ Solid background in customer retention and re-engagement strategies.
∎ Technical expertise with customer relations and case analysis.
∎ Able to perform multi tasks.
∎ Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
∎ Must have strong ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Excellent understanding of customer service and customer management principles.
