∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on Air Ticketing and Reservation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound ticketing knowledge on operating Galileo and online based ticketing system
∎ Should have knowledge of making reservations and fare calculation
∎ Arranged and confirmed International/Domestic ticket issuance for one-side, return, and connecting flight journey and handle refunds/re issues
∎ Expert to process online and manual visa application form with knowledge in required documents for different countries.
∎ Knowledge in online hotel booking
∎ Should have knowledge to arrange domestic and global package tours
∎ Handled rude and short tempered passengers politely and diplomatically
∎ Collected payments for ticket reservation and made manual entries
∎ Instructed passengers in carrying required documents such as visas, passports, etc. for air travel
∎ Informed customers about the delay in flight and reporting time at the airport quoted air ticket fares as asked by customers and booked tickets

∎ Age at least 26 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Can be negotiated basis on Job Experience
